longest recap. i remember recently when rewatching through the marineford arc the episodes having longer and longer recaps before getting to the intro. its been a couple months and i was wondering if anyone remembers which episodes these were. i distictly recall a few having like 6-8 minute recaps. It's actually impressive how many flashbacks they manage to put into one episode. Discussion. They somehow use twisted logic in order to use as many flashbacks as possible that doesn't make any sense. In the episode that just came out, we started with a Dressrosa flashback to explain why Kaido hates Luffy which kinda makes sense.

late response but no, they add nothing crucial. it's legitimately filler, and all thats new is the non canon specials at the ends. there are about a collective 30 seconds of each person saying dialogue within their heads, so otherwise after you hear them before and after, nothing its valuable. I'd recommend just watching the flavor text right
